Children got the chance to compete against one another creating their very own marble runs. This fun activity encouarged creativity, teamwork and collaboration, cognitive skills, motor skills, problem solving, perserverance, and patience. The teams had so much fun participating they worked beyond the allotted time!
We discussed how engineering uses scientific principles like design to build amusement park rides. Then we got out the goods and began creating our very own marble runs.
